Your Weekly Tip From New York Yoga

This awesome Yoga Tip comes from  New
York Yoga
instructor Cara Anselmo!

“One of the best ways to rejuvenate your legs after a long
run is spending 5 or 10 minutes in viparita karani, or legs-up-the-wall pose.
It’s as easy as it sounds and can be done on the floor, or even lying in bed,
against a wall. This restorative pose helps soothe tired feet, gently stretch
the legs, refresh circulation, and even quiet the mind.”

Pose demoed by New York Yoga teacher Nityda Lupkin.
