Locally FIT in ATLANTA – Whole Foods Market BUCKHEAD wants you to Rock Ya’ Chakra at their first Yoga, 5K Run, & Wellness Block Party. Hotlanta is cooling down so it’s the perfect time to head over to Whole Foods Market BUCKHEAD this Saturday, September 27 for a FREE 30 minute run clinic, plus a 45 minute yoga class.
Kick off the weekend with a run, some yoga and check out some of Whole Foods Market Buckhead other wellness partners as they feature goodies from KIND and other local wellness companies. All skill levels welcome.

Yoga instruction by renowned local instructor Meryl Arnett
Meryl Arnett, RYT 500, found her way onto the mat in a quest to find balance and ease while living a full-filling life. What she found was not only a way to balance stress but a way to look at the world differently. To interact differently. To feel differently!
As a teacher, Meryl shares her own on-the-mat experiences by weaving together flowing movement and creative playlists, while keeping an attentive eye on alignment. Together, these elements combine to create more space for the breath – both on the mat and in life. Meryl draws her inspiration from her love of the outdoors, adventure and the joy of movement. She is a 500- hour RYT and Yoga Therapist; her passion is bringing yoga to life in the real world and in ways we need it the most. She will always encourage you to get on the mat, to be honest, to drink fresh juice everyday and most importantly to be yourself.
This cool event is a precursor to Wanderlust 108 Atlanta , a mindful triathlon, held in Piedmont Park on Sunday, September 28th.
